JOHNSON VILLE STOCK SALE.

JOHNSONVILLE, Last Night. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on their Johnsonvillo sale as follows: —• A heavy entrance of both sheep and cattle came forward, and sold readily at recent prices. Prime heavy bullocks, £lO 15s to £ll ss; lighter, £lO 12s 6d to £lO 15s; fat cows, £6 15s to £7 10s; vealers, good, 34s to 41s; lighter. 26s to 31s; light, 235; good wethers, 21s to 21s sd; extra prime heavy ewes, 22s 6d to 23s 9d; gootl ewes', 19si 3d to 20s 6d; iprime spring lambs, 15s lOd to 16s Id, and 15s to 15s 6d.

MASTERTON STOCK SALE.

Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., re- | port having Sielld their usual weekly sale in the SoTway yards yesterday, when they offered a small yarding of siheep and cattle. Among the sheep was a small line of 12 fat lambs (the first of the season) which brought from 13s 6d to 14s 6d. The cattle entry comprised all young steers which met with good competition. Yearlings realised £3 Is to £3 6s; 20 months steers £3 17s 6d. , . \ Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., • report on tiheir Masterton sale yesterday as follows The yarding was a medium one, but better quality than last few weeks, and a much healthier'tone prevailed throu#iout. We disposed of t)he whole of our entry under the hammer. In cattle we were confined to a line of dairy cows da good condition, which sold at £Ti 5s to £8 ss. Fat wethers, 19s; fat ewes, 17s 3d to 18s; owes and 100 per cent lambs, 17s 2d; others, 14s; dry ewes, lis 9d to 12s 6d; 'hoggets, good conditioned black faces and long wools, 12s 2d ; dairy cows, £7 ss, £7 10s, £8 (to £8 ss. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report:—; Our entries in sheep were confined stores. The tone of the market was good, and we were enabled to make a clearance with the exception of one pen of 'hoggets. In cattle, we offered fats, stores, and dairy classes, every pen changing -hands at slightly advanced prices. Best store wethers made 14s 8d; small, lis Id; first-class hoggets, 13s sd; medium, lis; small, 10s; empty ewes, according to condition, 8s 3d to 10s 7d; dairy cows and heifers, £6 to £6 10s; store cows, £3 ss; fat heifers, £6 15s; hack gelding, £B.

PAHIATUA STOCK SALE

Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report.as follows: —We offered a fair yarding of cattle and a small yarding of sheep. The sheep were all sold at good values, and the bulk of the cattle, dairy cows and iheifers, being in strong demand. Quotations.
