Hurdles : The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 10lb, and for any additional hurdle race 71b extra. Definition of a hack -A hack is ahorse that has not won a race of the value of 100 sovs; or races of tiae collective value of 250 sovs, up to the date of nomination.
