RIOTING AT CHANGSHA.
GOVERNOR OF HUNAN REPORTED KILLED. Received April 17, 5 p.m. PEKIN, April 16. In the rioting at Ctiangsha, it is reported that the Governor of Hunan was killed. The position of foreigners is dangerous, but a British gunboat has gone to the scene.
