M.C.C. DEFEATS A CAPE TEAM. By Telegraph—Press Association. Received February 4, 11.15 a.m. CAPETOWN, February 3. A cricket match at Ea<?t London, Cape Colony, between the Marylenone team an.i a Border eleven was won by Marytebone. The Border team made 144 runs in their first ianhigs, and 151 in the second, and the visitors 137 in the first innings and 159 for six wickets in the second (Hobbs 70). The S. Matthew's B team to play Carterton to-day will be chosen from the following :—Cole, Welch, Russell, Madsen, Kingdon, Fisher, Raine, Hoar,. Perry, Cresswell, Sellers, Matthews and Jarvis. The 'bus will leave at 1.30 p.m. sharp.
