The Kaiser has given £I,OOO, and Sir Ernest Cassel, the London merchant and sportsman, £4,000 to the Paris fund for the relief of sufferers by the floods. LONDON, February 3. The Mansion House Fund in aid of the flood victims now amounts to £36,000. THE MANSION HOUSE FUND. Received February 4, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, February 4. The Paris Relief Mansion House fund amounts to £54,000, including £I,OOO from the directors of the Bank of England.
