PERSIAN INTRIGUES.
EX-SHAH'S EMISSARIES CAPTURE r>. Keceived February 4, 8.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 3. The press reports that Saidar Khan, the depospd Shah of Persia's chief supporter, was captured near Resht, in Northern Persia, while crossing the frontier disguised, carrying compromising correspondence to other of the ex Shah's emissaries captured at Meshed, in Khorassan. Members of the Persian Parliament demand that the ex-Shah's pension shall be stopped.
