"OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in pursuance of a Writ of Sale in the above mentioned action between THE UNITED FARMERS' CO-OP-ERATIVE ASSOCIATION, LIMITED, of Wellington, Merchants and Wool Brokers, and WILLIAM JOHN MANNERING, of Aohanga, in the Provincial District of Wellington, Parmer, directed to me as Sheriff of the Wairarapa District, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, Auctioneers, will sell at their offices, Perry Street, Masterton, on Saturday the twentyfourth day of April, 1909, at the hour of two o'clock in the afternoon, ALL THAT the right, title, estate and interest of the said William John Mannering of in and to all that piece or parcel of land containing 200 acres, being Section two (2) Block Eleven {XI ), Aohanga Survey District, held under Occupation License with right of purchase, Number 480 Land Transfer Register Book, Volume 12a, folio 7, together with all buildings and erections thereon and all rights, ways, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining. The sale is made at the suit of the execution creditor. The name of the Solictiors to the party who have issued the said Writ of Sale are Messieurs Menteath and Ward, of Ballance Street, Wellington, whose Agents in the Wairarapa Eistrict are Messieurs Gawith and Logan, of Queen Street, Masterton. The Conditions of Sale may bs inspected at my office, Magistrate's Courthouse, Masterton, or the office of Messieurs Gawith and Logan aforesaid. Dated "at Masterton this first day of April, 1909. M. FOLEY, Sheriff. Officer executing the Writ.
