THE FRENCH NAVY.
Received April 12, 10.30 p.m. PARIS, April 12. M. Delcasse's Commission of Inquiry into the navy visited the battleships Justice and Liberte, and found the boilers in a lamentable condition, necessitating reboilering. The work of the French Dreadnoughts was considered satisfactory.
