MAIL BAG ROBBERIES. LONDON, April 9. The Criminal Investigation Department at Scotland Yard is investigating a series of mail bag robberies in the course of transit to Spain from Gibraltar. The seams of the bags were cut and Tesewed after registered packets had been extracted and steamed open, lifted of their contents, and the envelopes regummed and replaced in the bags.
