IT is hereby notified in accordance with the provisions of Section 41 of "The Land Act, 1908." and the Regulations made thereunder by Go-vernor-in-Council, thai a vacancy in the membership of the Wellington Crown Lands Board has occurred owto the retirement from the said Board of John Modlyn A'Court, whose appointment ceased on the 21st March, T909, and that nominations to fill such vacancy will be received at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Wellington, up to 5 o'clock in the afternoon of the 22nd April, 1909.
