CROWN PRINCE OF SERVIA RENOUNCES THE CROWN. Received March 26, 11.35 p.m. LONDON, March 26. Two factors have arisen suddenly making for peace in the Balkans. The first is Russia's expressed readiness as a prelude to the proposed conference to recognise the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The second is the Crown Prince of Servia's sudden renunciation of the Crown in favour of t his younger brother, and probable voluntary exile for a year. He wrote to the Premier ( intimating (hat his decision was due to unjust insinuations based upon an unfortunate occurrence. Received March 27, I'' "■?5 a.m. BELGRADE, March 20. The occurrence mentioned in connection with the Crown Prince of Servia related to the death in the State hospital of one of his grooms. The Crown Prince is openly accused of homicide, having kicked the groom in the stomach, causing his death.
