IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in thf- 4 * behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans At i, 1901," the Castlepoint County Council hereby resolves as follows: — That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges* on a loan of ,£250 authorised to to raised by the Castlepoint County Council under the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," for the purpose of erecting a bridge ov<?r tho River on i h<> Alfredton-Tinui JRoad in the Mastorton County, the said Castlepoint County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 5-32 o: a penny in the pound upon thß rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the following boundaries, viz : —Sections 823, 170,1(50, 168-9, Block XV., Puketoi Survey District, Sections 824, 155-fi, 150, ■826, 397-8, Block 111., 825, 827 to 834, 115,|11G, 117, Blocks 111. and IV., 118, 119,121, Block VII, Mangapakeha Survey District. Such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable half-yearly on the first day of February, and first day of August in each and every year during the currency of said loan, being a period of forty-one years •or until the ?osn is fully paid off.
