By "telegraph— Press Association. ] e DUNEDIN, March 7. A "serious fire occurred at Palmerston about one o'clock this morning* five business places being destroyed. There is no clue as to the origin of the fire. The water was turned off at the reservoir, and an hour elapsed before it was available. Most of the members of the fire brigade were away at Auckland.
