Received February 18, 11.5 p.m. LONDON, February 18. Cordnl references to the King's Speech are made in the Berlin Press. The newspaper "Vossieche Zeitung" says that King Edward's visit is having better political effects than anticipat2d in Germany. The i.e has been broken and the period of tngry suspicions and discussions is past.
