A POLL VOIDED.
By Telegraph—Press Association. OAMARU, February 18. The Stipendiary Magistrate (Mr Hutchison) gave judgment to-day, voiding the late poll on a proposal to borrow £50,000 for a new harbour dredge, on the ground that the poll was taken upon an invalid roll, which excluded more than half the electors from the right to vote. Costs (£5 ss) were given against respondents.
