The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-mor-row Southerly winds, strong to gale, on the East Coast southward of East Cape, probably with rain, and also on the West Coast between Wanganui and Cape Egmont; moderate to strong southerly winds everywhere else, and risisg barometer everywhere.
