CLEMENT L. WRAGGE.
Mr Clement L. Wrajge, the wellknown astronomer and meteorologist, will make his first appearance at Rlasterton on Friday evening, when "The Majesty of Creation" will be his suhject. His ability as an entertainer has received unstinted praise in every country visited by him. The Kentish "Advertiser" recently spoke of him as follows: —"He has a finely modulated voice, which he uses with fine effect with what one might almost term 'musical emphasis,' and enhances his descriptive powers, which are of no mean order. The splendid negatives of photographs taken of the heavens, through the agency of gigantic telescopes, and the sensitive plate conveyed to his audience some idea of the incomprehensible hugeness of the universal scheme in which our own little solar system figures as an infinitesimal group of mere atoms, unnoticeable amongst the myriads of suns and planetarv systems with which the surrounding immeasurable bpace is filled." The box plan is open at Miss Rive's.
