Mr J. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall registered at the Upper Plain for the 24 hours preceding 9 a.m. yesterday was 5 points. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, January 25. The following is Captain Edwin'a weather forecast to 3 p.m. tomorrow:—Winds, strong to gale, between north-west and soath-nest, with unsettled weather and rain generally.
