Received December 18, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, December 17, Th° purchase by tha Taff Vale Railway of tha Ciu cliff d;cks and railway has been finally agreed upon. Received LONDON, December 18. The Taff Vale Railway company will pay the Cardiff Docks c'ortpasny £4,445,300, the Bute Dock company receiving £1,900,000 in shares and cash.
