CAPTAIN EDWIN'S FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, December 15. The following is Captain Edwin's forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow: — Strong northerly winds changing to westward are probable north of Napier and Kawhia; south-easterly elsewhere. Rain is probably general; barometer rising north of Auckland and falling elsewhere.
