A JUDGMENT CONFIRMED. Received December 15, 8.8 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 14. The RiiHsian Admiralty Appeal Court has confirmed the judgment of the Libs.u Priza Court, justifying Admiral Rozhdestvensky's capture and destruction of the British steamer Oldhamia. bound for Hongkong with a caryo of American oil in 1905.
