LOWER VALLEY HANDICAPS.
The following handicaps have been declared by Mr Ulic Shannon for the Lower Valley Jockey Club's meeting on Boxing Day:— Hack Hurdle Handicap, one mile and a half—Don Carlos 11.5, Narcotic 10.7, Lerida 1C.6, Lebeccio 9.9, Golden Butterfly 9.3, Kuranui, Whakatika, Diplomatic, Straoan and Ready Money 9.0. L.V.J.C. Handicap, one mile—■ Wailethe 9.0, Sandstream 8.4, Narcotic and Silken Rein S.O, Prism 7.12, Mataari 7.10, Gaelic and Skye 7.7, Strathcona 7.0, Diplomatic 6.10. Kuamahanga Hack Handicap, seven furlongs—King Post 9.0, Glen 8.7, Kelso 8.0, Flint Gun and Thera 7.7, Vinco 7.0.
Ladies' Bracelet Handicap, one mile —Lucretius 11.13, Golden Butterfly 11.7, Lerida 11.0, Clovial and Tilson 10.12, Diplomatic 10.10, Whakatika, Kereke, Te Utuatu, Knight Commander, and Continuance 10.7. Hack Flying Handicap, six furlongs—King Post 9.0, Warlock 8.11, Pukerau 7.5, Vinco 7.0, Swallow, Afterthought, Forest Queen, Merry Christmas, and Retinue 6.10. McFarlane Handicap, six furlungs —Wailethe 9.0, Pr>'sm and Sandstream 8.2, Tupono and Silken Rein 8.0, Kelso and Strathcona 7.0. Otaraia Hack Handicap, six furlongs—Warlock 9.0, Glen 8.12, Kelso 8.5, Thera and Blue Bell 7112, ' Sweet Lethe and Pukerau 7.8, Vinco and Oblivion 7.5, Swallow, St. Charles, Tainui, Castiglione, Steel Gun, Palestine, Sweet Shot, Trixie, and Leahca 7.0. Acceptances for the above and entries for the Maiden Hack Race and Hack Scurry, will close with the Secretaryon December 19th.
