CREW AND FIFTY PASSENGERS DROWNED. Received December 14, 9 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 14. A Turkish steamer, bound from Constantinople to Sevastopol, foundered. The crew and fifty passengers were drowned.
