IMPROVING THE NORTHERN APPROACH.

COUNTY COUNCIL'S PLEBISCITE.

Yesterday the matter of improving the northern approach was again brought up at the Manterton County Council meeting by the Chairman (Cr W. J. Welch). The Clerk furnished the Council with a statement to date of the result of the plebiscite of' ratepayers in reference to the improvement of the approach. The position was shown by this statement to be as follows:
