At the Supreme Court to-day, in the case of the second trial of Wm. Thomas Gibson, charged with having improper relations ®ith his wife's cousin, a girl under the age of sixteen years, atWaihi, the jury, after a hearing extending fover two days, found a verdict of "Not guilty."
