CHARGE OF MURDER

Received November 18, 9.50 p.m. BRISBANE, November 18. t The trial of Mrs Wilson, a station manager's wife, on a charge of murdering Miss Duffy, was resumed today. An aboriginal, Billy Wilson, deposed that he was afraid of accused's husband, from whom he had received many hidings. Once he tied a whip round witness' neck and hung him up to a tree. Another time he struck him with a brand when it was hot. He went with accused to kill Miss Duffy because if he had not she would hnve told her husband, who would have put a bullet into him.
