RIOTING AT HONGKONG.
"CHINA HAS BEEN SUBDUED." Received November 4, 8.30 a.m. PEKIN, November 3. Chinese ascribe the Hongkong rioting to the manufacture of 10,000 lanterns, inscribed "China has been subdued!" and which were intended to be carried in a monster Japanese procession to mark the cessation of the Chinese boycott.
