Recaived October 14, 8.20 a.m. LONDON, October 13. Mrs Pank hurst, Miss Christabel Patikhurat, and Mrs Drummond, suffragette headers, ignored a summons to appear at Bow Street Police Court, on a charae of tt-ying to provoke a breach of the peace in connection with the proposed rushing of the House of Commons on the reassembling of Parliament to-day; Warrants for their arrest have been issued.
