Mr J. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall registered at Upper Plain for the. 24 hours up till 9 a.m. yesterday was 15 points. BY TELEGRAPH —rRKSK ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, October 13. Captain Edwin's forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow is as follows:—"Moderate to strong southerly winds northward of Napier and Wanganui, with rising barometer and fine weather; westerly strong winds to gale thence southward, with falling barometer and rain."
