Mr 3. C. Boddington reports that the rainfall on the Upper Plain for the 24 hours up till 9 a.m. on Sunday was 12 points, and for the 24 hours up till 9 a.m. yesterday 3 points. The following is Captain Edwin's weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-mor-row :—Southerly winds are probable northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and westerly everywhere else.
