Alberti, ex-Minister for Justice in Denmark, who was arrested on his own confession for forgery aud defrauding the Zealand Peasant havings Bank, of which he was a director, of/ £1,000,000, was Chairman of the Danish Farmers' Association, v Danish papers state that he was largely interested in a Manchester and a Tooley street firm dealing in colonial dairy produce.
