A LABOUR MANIFESTO.' PARIS, July 31. The Confederation of Labour has issued a manifesto urging all unions to imitate the builders' Union tactics as a protest against the Government's .ferocious methods of repression. The Paris press clamour for the suppression of the Confederation of Labour on the ground that it is a seditious organisation.
