THE GROUNDING OF THE WESTRALIA. FINDING OF COURT OF ENQUIRY. Received July 7, 11.16 p.m. SYDNEY, July 7. The marine enquiry in connection with the grounding of the Westralia found that the accident was caused by a wrongful act of Captain Dunsford in recklessly navigating the vessel in a fog at a much greater sp<?ed than was prudent, and steering a course which must necessarily have brought the vessel very close to land. The Court called upon him to show cause, on Friday, why his certificate should not be dealt with.
