COST OF EXTRA CONSTABULARY. Received July 2, 8.20 a.m. LONDON, July 1. In the House of Commons, the Right Hon. A. Birrell, Chief Secretary for Ireland, said the cost of extra constabulary owing to "cattlcdrviny" in Ireland was £47,000.
