MEETING OF KING AND CZAR. CORDIAL GREETINGS EXCHANGED. Received June 10, 9.10 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June y. King Edward and the Czar met at Reval and exchanged, cordial greetings. There are forty special correspondents at Reval, mostly British. Russian, and French, but no German.
