STORMY SCENES.
PORTUGUESE PARLIAMENT AND QUEEN'S DEBTS. Received June 10, 9.4 a.m. LISBON, June 9. Stormy scenes have occurred in the Portuguese Parliament, consequent on the discovery that the Dowager-Queen Maria Pra owes the State £200,000. The Queen explains that the £12,000 allowed her annually proved insufficient to maintain the Royal state.
