GEACH'S DRAMATIC COMPANY.

Throughout the many years during which Mr Edwin Geach has been catering for the tastes of New Zealand playgoers there are few occasions upon record where he and those associated with him have failed to entirely satisfy their audiences—indeed, it- is doubtful whether any such fault has ever occurred. Now Mr Geach comes back to Masterton with a dramatic company which is numerically very strong and which includes amongst its members several ladies and gentlemen who arc well known and who hold high place in the popular estimation. The piece selected for the opening performance is entitled "A Modern Adventuress," and as its name almost necessarily infers, it is melodramatic in form. Its plot is very much a tangle, for the playwright seems to have endeavoured to work into the piece startling incidents. The piece will be staged at the Town Hall on Wednesday, May 27th. ' On Thursday evening the comedy drama, '-'The Midnight Hour," will be produced.
