A SYDNEY SENSATION.

Received May 24, 7.53 p.m. SYDNEY, May 24. The Governmnet analyst reports that though he has not fully completed the analysis of Alexander Brown's remains, he has found traces of arsenic in the stomach and liver. A cablegram published on May 16th stated that the police were enquiring into a case of suspected poisoning. The body of the supposed victim, a man named Alex. Brown, aged 56, had been exhumed, and the contents of the stomach were being analysed. Brown, who was'employed at the Sydney wharf, and posseted consideraole property, died in the hospital of what the doctors supposed to be neuritis. A woman named .Tana Baikie has been arrested on a charge of stealing jewellery belonging to the deceased, and with having caused his death, it is believed that a sensation will be created when the real identity of the accused is made known.
