CHILDRENS' PARADES. Received May 22, 8 a.m. LONDON, May 21. It is expected that six and a half i million children will parade on Emipire Day—nearly three million in the "Motherland. On the division on Captain Craig's Bill, Mr Asqaith left the House. ' The r<;st of the Government and many Ministerialists abstained from ' -voting.
