ALLEGED WORK OF INCENDIARIES. v - Received April 21, 8.43 a.m. NEW YORK. April 20. Underwriters assert that they possess proof that the fire at Boston last week, by which ten thousand persons were rendered homeless and property to the value j|of a million and a half destroyed, was the result of incendiarism. Fourteen bodies have been recovered. Eighteen persons are missing, and it is believed they have been burned.
