NEW LINERS ON STOCKS.

' LONDON, April 17. The keel of the Orient Company's 12,000-ton mail steamer entrusted to the Fairfield Company and John Brown and Co., Clyde Bank, has been completed. The keel of the steamer being built by the London and Glasgow Engineerinj Company ac Govan is well advanced. Workman, Clark, and Co., of Belfast, have no slip available at present, but are collecting material.
