LONDON, April 17. The Central News Agency in New York reports that Charles Meredith, a clown in Cole Brorhers' circus, who is performing in America, and his brother, a clown performing in Australia, have bean proved heirs to the Glasgow estate of Richard Blaine, their uncle, valued at half a mililon serling.
