No jewellery establishment in any metropolitan city in New Zealand excels from point of appearance, comprehensive stocks, and effective display that of Mr Frank Dupre'a in Queen Street, Masterton. It is a business that has shown 'wonderfully rapid growth during the past few years—the result of keen business capacity; dependable goods; and uniformly reasonable prices. The stock carried by Mr Dupre to-day embraces all the most attractive lines known to the gold and silversmith's art, and is so extensive, that selection is made easy. The necessity of buying direct from the manufacturers, and of being represented at Home by an experienced and capable buyer, long ago impressed itself upon Mr Dupre. Middlemen's profits had to be dis pensed with, and capable personal selection of goods secured. Having made a suitable appointment, regular shipments of the latest Home and Continental productions in gold and silverware were arranged for, with the result that Mr Dupre's premises often bristle with novelties seen in Masterton for the first time in the dominion. A visit to his establishment . immediately convinces one as to the extensive stock carried. A direct importation of old Dutch silverware just received comes in a variety of reproductions of antique and unique designs in hollow tableware and ornaments. People who admire rich exclusive goods will bo interested in the display. Another very attractive feature ot the stock is the collection of wedding and engagement rings. The range is exceedingly comprehensive, embracing many really beautiful productions, the combinations of gems being particularly good. Jewellery for birthday, wedding, mid other gifts is exhibited in rich assortment, and the prices ars wonderfully less than one wouid naturally imagine for such excellent goods. Those desirous of having rings made to their own design, and of selecting their own combination of gems, can have thair wishes gratified at this establishment. A capable staff of working jewellers is maintained, and some very fine work is turned out of this department. Orclera are quickly executed, and satinfaction from all points guaranteed. Visitors to Masterton are specially invited to pay an inspection to Mr Dupre's premises. A pleasant hour can be spent in looking over the splendid display made.
