THE GERMAN SCANDALS.

COUNT HOHENHAU DISGRACED.

Received March 9, 8.30 a.m. BERLIN, March 8. The Court of Honour at Potsdam sentenced Count Hohenhau to removal from the list of officers and the loss of his decorations. The Kaiser confirms the sentence.

Counts Lysnar and Hohenhau were tried by court-martial on charges of /'scandalous conduct." Lysnar was sentenced to fifteen months' imprisonment. Hohenhau was acquitted, net because his innocence was established, but because his guilt had not been proven.
