TOUR OF THE "PRO BLACKS."

Received February 25, 11.50 a.m SYDNEY, February 25.

The London ''Sportsman" says that'in the match against Lancashire the New Zealanders, though at times showing good football, were outstayed and outgeneralled by the clever and active Lancastrians. The colonials were without the services of Wright, Tyler, and Rowe. while they played a man short in the second half owing to Wynyard being injured. In the second spell the visitors made a strenuous effort, but failed, to break through the Lancashire line, though Messenger managed to place a couple of penalty goals.
