LABOUR TROUBLE AVERTED.
COTTON OPERATIVES AND EMPLOYERS MUTUALLY AGREE. Received January 26, 8.44 p.m. LONDON, January 25. The threatened lock-out of cotton operatives at Oldham has been averted, the masters' terms having' been accepted. The Brooklands agreement has been upheld, and a general wage-list mutually compiled.
