THE TIFLIS ROBBERY.
RUSSIAN TERRORISTS RELEASED. PARIS, January 24. The Russians arrested in Paris in connection with the Tiflis robbery were released, because they were outside French jurisdiction, and conducted to the frontier. (In July last the sum of £25,000 in notes was stolen from a mail van at Tiflis. Last week two terrorists were arrested in Paris, charged with being concerned in the robbery. At Stockholm a Russian was taken into custody on a charge of attempting to change bank notes, the proceeds of the crime, and another suspect is in the hands of the police at Geneva, Switzerland).
