RIFLE SHOOTING COMPETITION.

EARL ROBERTS' TROPHY. SCHOOL TEAMS FROM' EACH COLONY. Received January 3, 8.25 a.m. LONDON. January 2. The education and defence authorities in each colony will be entitled to conjointly enter one team of eight schoolboys to compete annually for the trophy presented by Earl Roberts for competition by British and Imperial schoolboys. The firing for the trophy will take place locally between January and August. If the colonies send two boys to Bisley to compete for the Lady Gwendolen Guineas, an Imperial trophy for individual schoolboy marksmen, the secretary of the Roberts' trophy fund will provide hospitality.
