LA PATRIE BREAKS AWAY. Received December 3,9.58 a.m. PARIS, December 2. A gale wrenched the balloon La Patrie, while she was being repaired at Verdun, from the grasp of 200 men. The ship was seen early to-day above Torr Island, Antrim, Ireland. The French Government has ordered M. Jolliot to build two airships similar in type to La Patrie. Meanwhile the airship Ville de Paris replaces La Patrie at Verdun.
