SHIPWRECKED CREW.

A PITIABLE PLIGHT. Received November 26,7.10 a.m. LONDON, November 25. The captain and eight survivors of the Alexandra, abandoned on the way from Australia to Panama, were landed at Guayaquil, Ecuador. They were rescued in a pitiable plight from Indefatigable Island, Galapagos, where they had subsisted on tortoise for five months. The mate and nine others had been rescued from the Albemarle Island.
